AVOID COMMON MISTAKES WHEN DOING YOUR MAKE-UP

The number one rule is to clean and hydrate your face correctly. If you have a greasy face you must choose powder make-up for your face, on the other hand if you have dry skin you have to liquid make-up.

¡Start with the foundation! It is the perfect match to have an even cutis and cover imperfections. However, if you don’t use the foundation properly your face might look uneven, careless and artificial. The idea of the foundation is to make it look as invisible, but making an even and perfect skin during both day and night.

Likewise, one of the most common mistakes when doing the make-up is the obsession with concealers to hide the eye bags. ¡It is not necessary to apply the entire product to cover them! You need to have in mind that concealers only help hiding the imperfections that we don’t like, ¡they don’t make them disappear!

Even though the best thing is to use a special brush you can also put some product in the area that you want to cover with your fingers. Using one finger put some makeup in small dots on the area and then spread it.

When applying makeup you must cover only the dark zone and you have to avoid using it around the eyes, otherwise you might have heavy makeup. If you put a lot of concealer you may get the unwanted results because instead of hiding the eye bags the over use of product will be noticed and you will look tired.

A huge mistake that we usually do is to apply lipstick and stained our teeth when doing it. To avoid this you have to use a brush. To remove the excess of lipstick put a handkerchief in your lips. After that press your lips a couple of times so the excess of lipstick will be stay in the handkerchief and your teeth won’t be stained.

The eyelids spotted with mascara are a sign of a bad application. The best thing to do is to curl lashes before the mascara application. As well, it is important to previously clean the top of the mascara. Open your eyes widely, bring the mascara closer to you in an horizontal position and begin from the bottom to the top.
