The big belly is one of the problems that most affects women today. If you do not find what to do with those extra unpleasant rolls in your belly and you are tired of looking bad with the clothes that are fashionable, do not wait any longer, act immediately, avoiding consuming some foods that make you accumulate fat in that area. For that reason, today there is a large number of foods that affect your figure, which can decrease your daily intake, without eliminating them completely, as it is the case of refined sugar, since glucose and fructose are converted to carbohydrates and when you consume it in an exaggerated way, it becomes glycogen that is stored in all fatty tissues.

Also, you should reduce the intake of alcohol, especially beer, since it has many calories and when you drink, the rest of the nutrients from the other foods consumed are stored almost immediately, in your abdomen.  In addition, when alcohol is ingested, it usually makes you feel hungrier than normal, consuming anything that passes in front of you, especially saturated fats, such as potato chips, fast foods, fried chicken, among others.

Although this type of food is very popular, especially for youngest women, you should consider that your digestion is very slow. That is why it is recommended to avoid sauces and dressings that are very creamy and spicy, that make you feel full and bloated.

Another of the foods that could cause constipation or swelling is white bread, so if you want to eat some bread, it is best to eat wholegrain bread, with enough fibre that helps digestion and reduce the absorption of fat from meals.

On the other hand, if you prefer to drink soda instead of water, find out that you are making a serious mistake and therefore doing great damage to your body, since carbon dioxide produces gas, heaviness and discomfort in the digestive system in general.

Finally, do not think that by eliminating refined sugar, it should be replaced by artificial sweeteners that are often used in many diets, on the other hand its composition of xylitol or malitol often produces gas, inflammation of the digestive system and abdominal distension as well, for that reason their consumption must be reduced. So remember that a woman’s biggest enemy is abdominal swelling.
