For its part, kalium sulfuricum, the salt of chronic inflammation, can be found in apples, broccoli, cashews, watercress, salmon, pistachios, wheat; likewise, kalium phosphoricum helps mental balance and stabilizes the nervous system, artichokes, beans, cashews, hazelnuts, chicken, garlic, onions, will help in your recovery; and you will obtain kalium chloratum, the salt of the mucous membranes, in a balanced way by consuming bananas, goose, watercress, oats, coconut, tomatoes.

Similarly, ferrum phosphoricum help with infections, you can consume it in fresh yeast, mussels, mushrooms, pistachios, spinach; and you can also consume calcium phosphoricum, the salt of bones and teeth, in cheese, yogurt, buttermilk, green beans, blackberries, hazelnuts, while calcium fluoratum, the salt of the elasticity, is found in Swiss cheese, sesame, soy products.
