To become happy in life is necessary to learn to maintain a balance in everything, materially, emotionally and spiritually. To acquire this level of peace and control to such an extent, it makes us able to see obstacles with different eyes, channeling our emotions and acting positively to the everyday circumstances of life. This is achieved through meditation, the deep state of internal concentration where every thought is confronted. This is one of the things that Buddhist philosophy doesn’t want to teach; understand the meaning of life and learn to give importance to what really have.

The word Buddha is a description that mentions the person who was able to achieve a high spiritual potential, expressing wisdom to wake up to reality. It is not a god or someone worthy of idolatry, but rather, was a man who developed a kind of doctrine whose main objective was to awake faith in humans, transforming and performing being his own master. His teachings have been transcending and maintained over time, thanks to his faithful followers, who defended their ideal. This philosophy has about 2,500 years of history and experience.

Its ancient teaching has helped dozens of people throughout the world and during ancient times. Its beginning was based on the deep discovery of pain of life, of all that was imperfect, for example: old age, sickness and death. Apart from the desire of humanity to satiate the thirst of existence and the hunger for satisfy the pleasures of life. Remains an idea that suffering can be eradicated when is removed the cause that produces it. These causes are the vain and carnal desires.

For this reason, Buddhist philosophy is seen as a way of life that seeks to find the true essence of nature, giving importance to the unseen; arousing great discipline to the correct intellectual, moral, spiritual and mental development of the individual; seeking the release itself, growth and human emancipation.

By properly practicing these teachings, feelings of joy, anger, love and profound mental stability are generated; as well as further development of skills. Maintaining a balance and looking to transcend to the highest degree of human perfection.

Note that the Buddhist practice has developed in the educational field, because in some western prestigious universities such as: “Harvard” and “Oxford” have created study sections of different religions and one of them is Buddhism. Like many other Eastern institutions that were created exclusively for the study of this doctrine as a specialty, where this teaching has the most significant value like Japan and Thailand. If you want to know more about the fascinating Buddhist philosophy and practice it, remember that meditation is essential to start.
