We work with several companies, offering online technical support and a support system from the website or the application. When you contact us to request support, these companies will handle the following information in a strict manner following our instructions:

  3. Your email address
  4. The platform you are playing on
  5. The type of problem you have had

  7. Your user ID or your specific identification of the game through Facebook

  • We use advertising technologies in our Games and exchange ad identifiers with external advertising networks in order to allow personalized advertising within our Games. We and our trusted partners collect and process Apple advertising identifiers (IDFA) on iOS devices as well as Google advertising identifiers on Android devices in order to allow interest-based advertising and measure the success of such advertising. In the same menu, you can delete the IDFA (“Reset advertising identifier”) at any time; Next, a new identifier is created that will not be merged with the data that was previously collected.

  • Open the «Settings» application and select the «Google» menu item. Depending on your device, this option may not be visible in the main menu, but you will have to use the search function at the top of the Settings menu to find it. There, select the “Ads” submenu and activate the “Disable Ads Customization” option to avoid creating profiles and displaying interest-based advertising. In the same menu, you can delete the advertising identifier (“Reset Advertising ID”) at any time; then a new identifier is created that will not be merged with the data that has been collected previously.

In addition, the user can disable interest-based advertising in the settings of their device as described above. We also guarantee that our external service providers maintain a strong commitment to offer a high level of data protection thanks to the conclusion of data protection agreements.
