JOYA LIFE accepts articles as credit for other JOYA LIFE products or articles, or exchange for another article or product of the same type, with no refunds, and if they are returned according with the policy detailed below and the Terms described above. JOYA LIFE allows for clients, users or purchasers who are not satisfied with the articles or services to exercise their right to return or exchange the article or service. In the event that the client, user or purchaser wishes to exercise his right, he must do it within one day after having received the product, article or service, and this information shall be checked with the shipping company of his choice, under the following procedure.

i. Notify JOYA LIFE in writing by the e-mail info@joya.life, indicating the reasons why he decided to exercise his right.

ii. The only acceptable causes are receiving a product different to the one requested, and notorious for poor quality of the product, article or service. Note that JOYA LIFE commercializes handmade products and articles made of natural raw materials, therefore the symmetry or asymmetry of the pieces, their rustic features coming from the manual process they are made, or their inappropriate use are not qualified as poor quality.

iii. Ensure that the products have been appropriately used and looked after, since JOYA LIFE uses leather products and natural materials with handicraft techniques to prepare its articles, which may contain imperfections and color variations that only enhances the beauty and exclusivity of your article. Moreover, external elements such as excessive heat or humidity may affect the general aspect of your product. If it is properly used and stored, the durability of your product is guaranteed. When the product is not being used, keep it in the protective bag that comes with it.

iv. Having followed these conditions and taken appropriate care of the product, you must return the product in its original packaging, with the complete accessories, user guides, related accessories, protections, tags, instructions, pamphlets and others, with a copy of the invoice to the following address: Joya Life PO BOX 668375 Gua38949 , Miami, Florida, United States of America.

v. The client, user or purchaser shall pay for costs of return, which implies that the articles must be returned by Registered Mail or any other means that prove the correct date. The customer is liable for the costs and the risks of the return dispatch.

vi. The right of returning or exchanging the product is for exclusive use of the client, user or purchaser, and cannot be exercised by a third party. vii. Any exchange or new delivery can only be performed after the product, article or service is received in JOYA LIFE.

viii. The article to be exchanged will be inspected to see if it qualifies for an exchange.

ix. If there is a price difference due to the exchange of the product, this difference may be refunded through a shopping voucher of the same value.

x. At the end of the period of one calendar day of receiving the product, article or service, JOYA LIFE holds the right to refuse your request for exchange or return.

xi. JOYA LIFE holds the right to refuse more than two subsequent returns or exchanges for articles, products or services purchased.

xii. In consideration of their genuinely personalized nature, personalized articles shall not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Therefore, the policies above are not applicable to them.
